Still Using Optimizer by Invotech?

Optimizer, originally developed by Invotech, remains in use across many Irish sites. Its modular design covers essentials like membership management, point of sale, and direct debit processing. Running on a stable SQL Server foundation, it continues to support day-to-day operations for long-standing customers.

While Optimizer is no longer actively sold, we continue to support existing users and offer a clear path to upgrade when ready.

It digitises facility and course bookings, prevents double-booking, links instructors, manages class limits, and helps schedule staff.

How does the Interaction module support member engagement?

It enables targeted email and SMS campaigns, with tools for marketing, retention and instant class updates.
